About Texas Vietnamese Students Association
Established on October 12, 1972, the Texas Vietnamese Students Association represents a pioneering legacy as the first Vietnamese students organization founded in Texas. Based at the University of Texas in Austin, this historic organization has evolved into one of the campus's largest student-led groups, welcoming members from all backgrounds to experience Vietnamese culture and build lifelong connections.
At its core, Texas VSA embodies four fundamental pillars: culture, community, sports, and family.
