The Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce (VABCC) promotes economic prosperity and sustainability among black-owned businesses throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. We aim to strengthen our community by promoting the recycling of dollars within the African-American community and identifying resources that aid in developing our member partners.
