Serving the Reading, Pennsylvania community and surrounding counties, the LGBT Center of Greater Reading is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community dedicated to creating spaces where all individuals can thrive. Since its establishment as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Center has worked tirelessly to build a welcoming, safe, and empowering environment for LGBTQ+ community members and their allies across Berks, Lebanon, Schuylkill, and Chester Counties.
The Center's mission is grounded in the belief that all people deserve to live lives of fulfillment, inclusion, and celebration. Through direct services, advocacy, and community programming, the LGBT Center of Greater Reading addresses the full spectrum of quality of life needs for LGBTQ+ individuals.
