Founded in 1994 by a group of 16 friends, UCLA Latin Business Student Association has grown into a thriving community serving hundreds of students at the University of California - Los Angeles. Over 25 years of heritage, LBSA has maintained an unwavering commitment to professional excellence while remaining an all-inclusive organization where everyone is welcome to participate and grow.
At its core, LBSA exists to assist members in pursuing professional careers and skill development while addressing the unique challenges faced by historically underserved communities in accessing professional support. The organization is solely student-led, with an Executive Board dedicated to consistently providing exceptional opportunities for growth and development.
