Attorney Soffan was born and raised in Western Massachusetts. As the daughter of immigrant parents, she is personally familiar with the hardships the immigration process can present. In addition to her native language of English, she speaks Arabic. She also is an active member of the Justice Bridge Legal Center where she assists low income clients with their legal matters who are unable to retain market rate attorneys. With respect to immigration law, Soffan Law offers a full range of services including but not limited to assisting clients with business immigration visas including L-1 Visas, EB-5 Visas, Perms, Physician Immigration (J-1 Visas), Asylum, K-1 fiancé Visas, VAWAs, and Family Based Petitions. She also practices Criminal Defense, Probate, and Workers Compensation.
