Women in Civil, Architectural, and Environmental Engineering (WCAE) is a student-led organization at the University of Texas Austin committed to building an inclusive and supportive community for undergraduate women pursuing engineering careers. Rooted in Austin, Texas, WCAE operates on the belief that women in engineering thrive when they have access to mentorship, community connection, and visible role models.
