Founded in 1976 by dedicated women lawyers determined to create meaningful change, the Women Lawyers' Association of Greater St. Louis has spent nearly five decades advancing women in the legal profession and strengthening the St. Louis community. The organization was born from a vision to support and promote women lawyers in all their endeavors, and that mission continues to drive every initiative today. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, the WLA has grown into a vibrant community of hundreds of members who share a commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and justice within the legal system.
