Founded in 1993 by Kris Steinnes, Women of Wisdom Foundation has been a cornerstone of Seattle, WA's spiritual community for over three decades, serving thousands of women seeking personal growth and transformation. What began as a vision to gather women around powerful spiritual leaders evolved into an internationally recognized organization committed to honoring the feminine within all people and transforming collective consciousness through authentic community connection. The foundation's rich history includes hosting the acclaimed WOW Conference, which brought together celebrated women authors, healers, artists, and musicians—including Jean Shinoda Bolen, Marion Woodman, and Starhawk—to create transformative nine-day gatherings that changed countless women's lives. Today, Women of Wisdom Foundation continues this legacy of empowerment through a circle leadership model that gives voice to feminine wisdom and creates safe, welcoming spaces for healing and growth.
