Join us for an inspiring in-person event designed to foster sisterhood and empowerment among women. This special sisterhood lunch gathering will take place at the Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel on October 3, 2026 at 3:00pm (Eastern Daylight Time).
This event offers a safe and supportive space for women to connect, share, and uplift one another through meaningful conversation and community building.
We are excited about creating new memories and building sisterhood by drawing from one another. Come with your sister, bestie, mother, co-workers, or any woman or young lady ages 16 and above who you believe will benefit from a day of empowerment and impartation. Keynote Speaker: Dr. Victoria Harris (The Firehouse Ministries)

Registraton fees are non-refundable. If the host cancels the event, a full refund will be automatically issued and registered guest will receive an email on any changes to the event.

D4D Empowerment Coaching Group (Destiny4Daughters) was established in February 2008 formerly called Empowering Leaders Consultants were our vision and mission is to empower, equip, and enhance the lives of women and young ladies. We also provide business consulting services and host annual complementary Business Start-up 101 seminars for individuals who had an interest in starting a business or those who needed additional strategy planning. In December 2020 during the pandemic the name changed to Destiny4Daughters Empowerment Coaching Group. For the past 15years I've committed myself to helping women and young ladies become a better version of who they are through interactive personal development workshops and seminars. We are now expanding our services in assisting our clients to reach their personal and career goals through one on one strategy and visionary coaching. D4D will be creating tools to expand our brand to work with small to medium size companies and churches whose focus is on empowering women and women ministries as well as training and developing their leadership and executives through team building and individual growth. D4D is about helping visionaries not only visualize where they are going but assist them in getting there BUT THEY MUST DO THE WORK. Our mission is to push our clients to walk in the will and way of the Lord that has been ordained for their lives one strategy at a time.
