The Best Juneteenth Event in the Metroplex - Wylie Juneteenth - Live Entertainment, Music, Kid's Zone, Vendors, Food Trucks, and More
Wylie's 7th Annual Juneteenth Freedom Celebration is a community event to celebrate and educate residents on the history of Juneteenth, and its significance to Texas.
The celebration will take place at Olde City Park in downtown Wylie.
A Family Fun event that will include, DJ, Live Music & Entertainment, Dance, Storytelling, Free Concessions, Bounce Houses, Games, Trivia, History, Health & Wellness, Food Trucks & Local Vendors.
This year we're celebrating legacy and honoring the celebrations of our past and present. Come on out and bring the family, friends, and neighbors for a historical celebration!
Admission is FREE!
Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and enjoy the festivities. Food vendors and food trucks will charge separately and will require cash or credit cards. Please come ready to shop and support these hard working small businesses and vendors. Thanks

Juneteenth Organization of Wylie is 501(c)3 non-profit organization that serves Wylie, TX in Collin County. Mission: To create Art, Culture, Health, and Literacy events to educate residents and celebrate the Juneteenth National Holiday and its unique Texas history; and to offer other year round cultural events celebrating the diversity in the Wylie community. We seek to educate, support, and partner with the City of Wylie and its residents to bring more events focusing on diversity and inclusion of underrepresented groups within the City of Wylie.
