Yesenia Gallegos is a bilingual (English/Spanish) employment and business litigator and counselor. As a Partner at Fox Rothschild, a full service law firm with 17 offices throughout the United States, she represents multi-national companies as well as small business owners in employment and business disputes such as: trade secret and non-compete litigation; contract disputes; wage and hour class actions; discrimination, harassment and whistleblower lawsuits; government investigations and administrative hearings before the California OSHA Board and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE).
She provides clients with day to day risk management counseling, conducts wage and hour audits, offers step by step reduction in force compliance (WARN Act/Cal. WARN), performs workplace investigations, and provides on-site training on a variety of risk management topics.
