Attorney Yuri Tsyganov, the founding partner of The Law Offices of Yuri Tsyganov, PL., was born and raised in the Russian Federation and is proficient in written and spoken Russian. He received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Russian Studies from Rutgers University. Mr. Tsyganov was consistently on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Rutgers’s Pre-Law Society. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor Professional Expereince from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center where he was a Student Bar Association representative. While in law school, Mr. Tsyganov competed in the prestigious Williem C. Vis International Arbitration Competition in Vienna, Austria.

Mr. Tsyganov has experience working for private law firms in all areas of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, focusing primarily on family based petitions, marriage and fiancé visas, business/investor visas, asylum, and citizenship attoreny2
and naturalization. He also has extensive experience representing clients who have been placed in removal/deportation proceedings in Immigration Court. In addition to Immigration Law, Mr. Tsyganov is experienced in the areas of Bankruptcy, Foreclosure Defense, Commercial and Residential closings, Criminal Defense, Family Law and enforcement of Domestic and International Judgments and Arbitration Awards. Mr. Tsyganov also works closely with foreign and domestic companies by helping them and their employees resolve complex legal issues. He is actively involved in South Florida’s Russian community.
