Rachelle Punzalan graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the Ateneo de Manila University, as a full academic scholar. After University, she finished her Juris Doctor degree at the Ateneo School of Law and wrote a thesis regarding constitutional change. She then received a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. Rachelle articled in 2012 and was called to the Manitoba bar in June 2013. She joined the law firm of Restall & Restall LLP in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she was an associate lawyer for three years. She opened her own law firm in Winnipeg, Punzalan Law, in July 2016. Outside of her law practice, she plays chess and golf and is an active volunteer at the annual Physio FitRun. She is also a volunteer for her children's school and hockey fundraising activities.

Orlando received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Philippines in 1995, and his Juris Doctor from the Ateneo De Manila University in the Philippines in 1999. He practiced law in the Philippines until moving to Canada in 2001. Upon his arrival in Canada, Orlando enrolled with the University of Manitoba and successfully completed the Canadian prerequisites to practice in Manitoba. Orlando has a general practice focused on real estate, wills and estates and business law, as well as other areas of the law. Orlando is fluent in Tagalog, and welcomes the opportunity to serve the local Filipino community.
