Thereafter, he worked as a claims and marketing representative for a professional liability insurer in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Cohan graduated from Cumberland School of Law, obtaining his J.D. degree in 1993, and has since practiced throughout Alabama and Georgia.
Mr. Cohan represents individuals, governmental entities, corporations, insurance companies and their insureds, in a variety of legal interests, including employment issues, workers’ compensation, retaliatory discharge, personal injury, contract litigation, products liability, bad faith and fraud.
