She also advised on cross-border investment transactions for one of the largest firms in southeast Europe and the Middle East.
She is educated both as a civil and common law attorney and received her J.D. from the Tomsk State University in Russia, and her L.L.M. from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law.
