TDL was founded in 2009 by two attorneys trained in the U.S and Vietnam to open an international business transactional law firm with offices in California and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Diem Thinh T. Pham is an active member of State Bar of California, Trusts & Estates Section. In addition to her juris doctorate degree, Diem also holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Chapman Law School where she graduated with high honors. She also serves as court appointed attorney for Orange County and Santa Clara County probate courts to represent and protect (proposed) conservatees in conservatorship matters.
