The Sacramento REALTIST Association is a minority trade organization. Our local chapter was established in the early 1990’s. We are aligned with CAREB and NAREB. NAREB was formed back in 1947 because African-Americans were not allowed to join the real estate trade associations, thus we were formed. We were created on the principal that all citizens have the right to equal housing opportunities, regardless of race, creed or color. This organization has survived down to our day. We call ourselves “REALTIST.”
Professionals from all real estate related industries contribute to the success of our organization. Our Motto is “Democracy In Housing”.
The Sacramento REALTIST Association is a Real Estate Trade Organization whose mission is to enhance the economic empowerment of its members and the community through; education, community involvement and legislative involvement. We are committed to democracy in housing, which increases the opportunity for homeownership.
The REALTIST organization is an integrated entity open to all qualified professionals who are committed to achieving Democracy in housing.
