Since its founding in 2010, Irish Network of Colorado has been dedicated to unifying Irish people, people of Irish heritage, and friends of Ireland through solidarity, fraternity, and community building. Based in Denver, INCO serves as a cultural facilitator committed to preserving Irish traditions, language, and heritage while fostering a strong sense of belonging among members. The organization brings together an amazing and diverse membership engaged in cultural events, professional networking, educational initiatives, and community service projects. A defining aspect of INCO's mission is its stewardship of the Leadville Irish Miners Memorial, a tribute to nearly 1,300 Irish immigrants buried in unmarked graves in Leadville's Evergreen Cemetery. Through digital education resources and community programs, INCO tells the stories of these resilient pioneers, ensuring their legacy endures for future generations. The network welcomes participation from anyone interested in connecting more actively with the Irish community, whether for professional advancement, social engagement, or cultural enrichment. INCO's commitment extends beyond Colorado, connecting members with Irish people and heritage communities throughout the United States and across the island of Ireland. By fostering intellectual growth, supporting scholastic ambitions through scholarship programs, and creating spaces for celebration and remembrance, Irish Network of Colorado embodies the resilience and perseverance that define the Irish experience.
