Black History Month Men’s Wellness Event
Brothers Brunch Foundation – Florida Relaunch 2026
Join Brothers Brunch Foundation for a powerful and restorative Black History Month Men’s Wellness Experience focused on mental health, self-care, and brotherhood.
This free event takes place inside a salt cave at Earth. Stone. Salt, creating a calming environment for reflection, relaxation, and meaningful conversation. Together, we will engage in intentional dialogue around mental health fitness, emotional wellbeing, and the importance of safe spaces for Black men to mend, heal, and feel the difference.
This experience is designed to honor Black history by prioritizing Black men’s health—mind, body, and spirit—while reconnecting community through fellowship and shared growth.
What to Expect:
Guided self-care experience in a salt cave
Open and affirming conversations around mental health fitness
Brotherhood, reflection, and community connection
A welcoming space for vulnerability, growth, and restoration
As part of the Islam and African History reflection for the month of February, American Islam will be holding an event to provide a platform for accurate information, critical thinking and service.
