Born and raised in Miami Fl., Jadinah found herself observing inside of courtrooms and watching high - profile court cases on TV at a young age. She saw the life- changing impact that attorneys made by simply speaking up for people. She aspired to have that power and use it for good.
After graduating from North Miami Senior High School’s International Baccalaureate program, Jadinah received a bachelor’s in arts from the University of South Florida. Intrigued by its biblical integrated curriculum, she studied law at the Regent School of Law in Virginia Beach, Va., “Where law is more than a profession. It’s a calling.” At Regent, Jadinah served as chair of the Black Law Students Association, an Executive Board member and competition team member
of the Trial Advocacy Board, and a mentor and tutor to incarcerated youth in Norfolk, Va.
After earning her Juris Doctorate, Jadinah obtained legal experience through internships, externships, and employment with the Miami- Dade State Attorney’s office; the United States Attorney’s in Tampa; the Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Advertising Practices and serving as an Assistant State Attorney at the Broward County State Attorney’s office. It was her experience as a prosecutor that propelled her into her passion for people through the law. Prosecuting hundreds of adult and juvenile misdemeanor and felony cases provided Jadinah a wealth of experience.
Jadinah relied on her experiences, calling and natural leadership coupled with her business acumen to incorporate and manage The Sejour-Gustave Firm PLLC better known as the “SG Legacy Law Firm. ” The original location of the firm is South Florida. Jadinah has recovered millions of dollars for clients and saved them clients even more through her meticulous litigation re presentation. Jadinah has worked diligently serving her client s and the community at large and
as a result after only 6 years she led the firm in its rapid expansion regionally with locations in multiple states including Georgia and Florida. Jadinah represent clients all over the nation including Tennessee, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida and more. The firm specializes in business law, and estate planning. In this role, she empowers her clients to build and secure their legacies while strategically using their stories to navigate difficult cases.
