The honorary consuls have duties in defending the rights and interests of the Portuguese State and its citizens.
The honorary consuls are not authorised to practice consular acts, however in certain extraordinary and substantiated circumstances, the honorary consults are authorised to practice voter registration processes, civil registry and notary acts and issue travel documents.
Our mission as an organization is for the advancement of education, primarily teaching the Portuguese language and promoting the Portuguese culture.

Our curriculum in the teaching of the Portuguese language and transmitting the values of the Portuguese culture to our youngest students is of upmost importance.
The Portuguese American Cultural Center of Palm Coast, Inc. is a non-profit association, governed by the Internal Administration of the P.A.C.C. by these statutes and must comply with Local, State and Federal laws. The symbol of this club is represented by the American and Portuguese flags on a white background, with the words --- P.A.C.C. from Palm Coast, Florida.
The Portuguese American Cultural Center of Palm Coast, Inc., was founded in 1987 and duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida on January 4, 1990, then called the Portuguese American Club of Palm Coast, Inc., and has its its own headquarters at 1200 Palm Harbor Parkway, Palm Coast, FL USA and is made up of people of both sexes and has as its aim the intellectual, physical, moral and social development of its members through the propagation of Portuguese language, history and culture.
