This event is open to the public, and we want you to join us for a unique pop-up shopping experience as we celebrate Black History Month.
All participants hereby grant Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® – Psi Theta Omega Chapter and The Pink Pearl Foundation® the right to use the vendors' names, logos, and likenesses in promotional materials and advertisements related to the Pink Pop-Up Shop.
By participating in this event, vendors and participants also consent to being photographed, videotaped, and/or otherwise recorded during the event. Vendors are encouraged to share promotional materials provided by the event organizers to help increase attendance and visibility. Similarly, vendors may use the names, logos, and promotional materials associated with the Pink Pop-Up Shop for their own marketing efforts, in accordance with event guidelines.
By participating in the Pink Pop-Up Shop, vendors and participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
