By participating in this event, vendors and participants also consent to being photographed, videotaped, and/or otherwise recorded during the event. Vendors are encouraged to share promotional materials provided by the event organizers to help increase attendance and visibility. Similarly, vendors may use the names, logos, and promotional materials associated with the Pink Pop-Up Shop for their own marketing efforts, in accordance with event guidelines.

Founded in 1974 by eight pioneering African American physicians, the Central Florida Medical Society has grown into a vital professional organization serving Orlando, FL's medical community for nearly five decades. The society emerged from a recognized need for camaraderie, professional interaction, and social connection that was unavailable to minority physicians in the broader community at that time. Since its inception, the organization and its auxiliary have been dedicated to promoting health and health education throughout Central Florida, working alongside community members to address the healthcare needs of underserved populations. The Central Florida Medical Society maintains deep roots in the Orlando community through its ongoing sponsorship of major health initiatives, including the African American Health Summit, the Walk A Mile With A Child health event, and community health fairs held in partnership with local organizations.
