IN-ATATURK is a community-driven nonprofit organization founded by Turkish Americans living in Indiana who share a commitment to preserving cultural identity and promoting the ideals of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey. Serving the Westfield, IN area and throughout Indiana, this organization creates meaningful connections among Turkish American residents while building understanding with the broader local population. The organization operates from a vision where Turkish and Indiana communities learn from and support one another, celebrating every person's heritage and growing stronger together. With the motto "Peace at Home, Peace in the World," IN-ATATURK demonstrates its dedication to humanitarianism, diversity, and peaceful coexistence. The organization has earned recognition from local leadership, including proclamations from the mayors of Carmel and Indianapolis recognizing Turkish Republic Day in 2023.
