It is the mission of the Central Indiana Realtist Association (CIRA) to improve the quality of life of the unserved and the underserved, by promoting home ownership and providing real estate services that support this goal. It is also our mission to enhance the economic development of our members and the community we serve.

The Black Real Estate Brokers Association is the national Real Estate Brokers association established to serve our nation's African American, Black Real Estate Brokers, Agents, non-REALTORS and REALTORS.
Our number one goal is to assist Black Real Estate Brokers "to build and perfect the best real estate businesses."
This goal is being accomplished through our four step service plan:
First, by educating Black Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Agents about the vital place that they currently have in the real estate business and the success that they should expect as they grow their businesses.
Second, by increasing the skills and services of Black Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Agents through a powerful group of Member Benefits.
