If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice at UofL is a student-led organization rooted in the University of Louisville - Brandeis School of Law community in Louisville, Kentucky. This group embodies a commitment to reproductive justice by bringing together law students who believe that legal education should serve social justice movements and marginalized communities. The organization creates space for students to think critically about how law intersects with reproductive autonomy, bodily integrity, and human rights.
Founded on the principle that reproductive justice requires a multidisciplinary and intersectional approach, If/When/How at the University of Louisville connects students with resources, mentorship, and community. Members work together to build solidarity around reproductive justice issues while developing as advocates and lawyers who understand the lived experiences of those most impacted by reproductive oppression.
Located in Louisville, the organization draws strength from its position within a major law school, where students can access institutional support while maintaining their independence and activist orientation. An immigrant herself, coupled with her mission to help others who need it the most, Anna Korneeva, Esq. is passionate about immigration and criminal law.
Anna earned her Juris Doctor Cum Laude Degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where she graduated at the top of her class.
While in law school, Anna received numerous awards, including Henry Clay Merit Scholarship and multiple Dean’s List Awards. Anna was an Editor of the Law Review and also participated in the Kentucky Innocence Project, where she investigated potential wrongful conviction cases. This is when Anna developed her interest in criminal defense and helping to protect those who are treated unjustly.
Anna Korneeva is licensed to practice as an attorney in the states of Ohio and Kentucky. She is also admitted to practice in federal court in the Southern District of Ohio, as well as in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Attorney Korneeva is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Northern Kentucky Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Federal Bar Association and Northern Kentucky Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Anna’s knowledge of the law, professional work ethic, and advocacy on behalf of her clients allow her to stand out among other attorneys in the field. Attorney Korneeva was awarded Super Lawyer Rising Star for every year she practiced law. The awards represent recognition by Anna’s peers for her outstanding work and commitment to the spirit of the legal profession.

Ms. Mamedova practices the immigration law of the United States of America, (family, employment and asylum) and offers legal support to the immigrant communities of the Tri-State area, including counsel in juvenile and domestic relations matters. She speaks Russian, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, Turkish, and Crimean Tatar language. She is a dedicated advocate for and advisor to her clients, respecting personal, family and business relationships.
Ms. Mamedova's international experience includes advising both publicly and privately held and non-profit corporations, and assisting with mergers and acquisitions, business registrations, and tax matters. Ms. Mamedova received her Juris Doctor degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law of Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelors in International Affairs from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
Ms. Mamedova is admitted to the Kentucky Supreme Court, to the United States District Court for Eastern Kentucky and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She may appear before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the U.S. immigration courts, and all U.S. immigration agencies. Ms. Mamedova is a certified health care interpreter for the Russian language. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She served on Cincinnati Mayor’s Immigration Task Force and is currently on the Board for Red Cross of Greater Cincinnati. She is a member of the Junior League of Cincinnati and Give Back Cincinnati.
Richard presently serves as 859-Divorce Law Group’s Operations Manager. From the nuances of daily operations to the Firm’s long-term business strategy, Richard’s diversified business experience has been crucial in helping the Firm reach its goals and expectations.
Richard graduated from NKU, Salmon P. Chase College in his 40’s, as non-traditional law student, where he was a two-time regional finalist for the school’s Client Counseling team. Richard has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of KY, 6th Circuit and runs his own boutique firm in downtown Lexington where he also specializes in Entertainment Law, Business Law and Real Estate Law.
As a licensed real estate broker (LOM Properties, LLC.), Richard has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years and is a pinned CCIM. Richard’s supplemental experience as an award-winning television news reporter & anchor (NBC & ABC) also exposed him to the nuances of mass media marketing where these skills continue to benefit the Firm’s marketing and promotion endeavors.
As a Nicholasville resident, Richard is also very much involved in his community as a member the Lexington Rotary, Lexington Club and as a Kentucky Colonel. Just don’t ask him about his golf game—it’s a sore subject.
