The consulate is the relay of the French administrations with our nationals who can thus maintain their links with the French administration and exercise their rights as citizens: civil status, issue of national identity cards and passports, national service, registration on electoral lists, voting for national elections, registration in the register of French nationals living outside France, etc.

French American Victory Club is located on the corner of Elm Street and Pine Street. The French American Victory Club is a non-profit organization for which membership is required. Founded in 1944, the organization is for men and women of French heritage in America. The organization serves several functions, including fundraising on both a local and national basis. Note: you do NOT have to be of French heritage to be a member of French American Victory Club.
French American Victory Club is a social men and women's club that preserves French Canadian and Acadian heritage and welcomes all nationalities. It is also a charitable organization that promotes and supports community needs through volunteer efforts.
