Founded in 1982, Commercial Real Estate Women Network St. Louis has been a trailblazing force in the commercial real estate industry, rooted in the Olivette, MO community and serving professionals throughout the St. Louis region. What began with eight female CRE brokers meeting to discuss collaboration in a male-dominated field has evolved into a robust organization of 280 members committed to advancing all women in commercial real estate. CREW-St. Louis pioneered change four years ahead of East Coast chapters and five years before West Coast counterparts, establishing St. Louis as a national leader in supporting women's advancement in the industry. The organization's mission centers on four core pillars: facilitating business networking and deal-making, developing effective leaders through comprehensive training, expanding career opportunities and industry entry points for women and girls, and producing critical research on gender and diversity in commercial real estate. CREW-St. Louis is deeply committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that their community welcomes professionals from marginalized social identities and varied backgrounds. As part of the larger CREW Network family, the chapter provides members with both local networking opportunities and global connections to over 14,000 professionals worldwide. The organization's legacy reflects a steadfast dedication to building community, advancing women's influence in commercial real estate, and creating lasting professional relationships that strengthen the entire industry.
