Indian Cultural Center of South Jersey represents a decades-long community vision that came to fruition in Evesham, NJ. Originally conceived in the 1980s by leaders of the Indian Temple Association who sought a larger, dedicated space for cultural activities in the Delaware Valley, the project was formally established in 1998 and completed construction in December 2013. After receiving final planning board approval from Evesham Township and holding its grand opening in April 2014, ICC has become the hub serving the Indian community across South Jersey, the Jersey Shore, Philadelphia area, and Delaware. This one-of-a-kind center was built with the generosity of hundreds of donors committed to preserving and advancing Indian cultural heritage for future generations. ICC provides an essential gathering place for the community's cultural, religious, social, and personal activities. The organization's mission centers on promoting, developing, and educating the community about Indian social values and cultural heritage, while providing leadership, organization, and resources for cultural preservation and advancement.
