Basquiat painted many self-portraits. Through these works, he explored his identity as an African-American man. His paintings were also tributes to African American historical figures, jazz musicians, sports personalities and writers. Together we'll use his art as inspiration to create our own self portrait. Appropriate for ages 8+
$4 per person upon arrival. Reservations are required for all programs. Space is limited. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend. Ages 11 and up: Child MAY ATTEND INDEPENDENTLY. No adult required.
UNATTENDED MINOR POLICY
Children AGE 10 AND UNDER must be with a parent or caregiver AGE 14 OR OLDER. The caregiver must stay in the IMMEDIATE AREA and keep the child WITHIN VIEW at all times.
