Register on Eventbrite Complete one registration per person. Each participant must have their own Eventbrite ticket and QR code. 2. Visit Japanese Food Expo NY 2026 Come to Japan Village in Brooklyn on October 24 and present your Eventbrite QR code at the designated check-in area. 3. Check In Between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM Check in with your Eventbrite QR code between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to participate in the Prize Drawing. After your QR code is scanned, eligible participants will receive a numbered drawing ticket. The first 100 checked-in participants will also receive a special giveaway item while supplies last. 4. Stay for the Prize Drawing The Prize Drawing is scheduled to take place after 1:30 PM. Keep your numbered ticket and remain at the Expo until the winning numbers are announced. Must be present to win. If a winning number is called and the participant is not present, the entry will be forfeited and another number will be drawn. Registration & Participation Rules Participation is free. No purchase necessary. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. One registration and one ticket per person. Duplicate registrations are not permitted. Each participant must check in using their own Eventbrite QR code. To be eligible for the Prize Drawing, participants must check in between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The Prize Drawing is scheduled to take place after 1:30 PM. Participants must be present when the winning numbers are announced to win. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by JFE and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar JFE events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of JFE. You release JFE, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by JFE or the person or entity designated to do so by JFE. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
