Founded in 1973 as a national 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-partisan organization, the OCA has become one of the oldest and most respected civil rights advocacy organizations in the United States. The OCA-Westchester and Hudson Valley Chapter, established in 1980, brings this decades-long commitment to justice directly to White Plains and surrounding communities, embracing the hopes and aspirations of Asian Pacific Americans throughout the region.
