We know that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Since 2010 Arab American attorneys have met regularly to network and socialize on an informal basis. The experience proved that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently. We thus decided to launch The Arab American Bar Association of Ohio (AABAR-OHIO).
AABAR-Ohio, through community service, mentorship, and social and legal engagement, will serve to amplify the Arab American attorney’s voice as we join the Ohio legal community to tackle these important societal and legal issues.
Established in 1990, Arab Americans of Central Ohio is a community based, not-for-profit, not sectarian, independent organization. We seek, as volunteers, to provide educational, cultural, and social service programs and to support local, state and national networks of Arab- American organizations of mutual interest to the Arab-American community and to the community-at-large.
