John H. Filice, a Partner with the law firm of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford P.C., joined the firm in 2001 after graduating cum laude from the University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law. He was a Manuscripts Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review. Mr. Filice was recognized as one of Pennsylvania’s Rising Stars, as published in Philadelphia Magazine in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2013, 2015, and 2016. His practice consists of estate planning, estate administration, real estate, business formation, and civil litigation. Gregory R. Gifford, a partner in the law firm of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford P.C., has been a member of the firm since 1984 and practices personal injury, criminal, and municipal law.
