The National Association of Black Accountants (NABA, Inc.), is a nonprofit membership association dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap for black professionals in the accounting, finance and related business professions. The Fantastic Florence Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. was organized as an interest group in 1990.
Jack and Jill of America, Inc., is a membership organization of mothers with children ages 2 – 19, dedicated to nurturing future African American leaders by strengthening children through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving and civic duty.

She is also a Certified Family Court Mediator and VA Certified Claims Representative. She owns and operates Metts Law Firm, LLC located at 3531 River Drive, Columbia SC 29201, and works as a part time Magistrate Judge in Richland County, South Carolina.
Ms. Metts volunteers her time teaching free disability seminars to educate local church members and other organizations about the social security disability process.
