Chris Wilkes is an attorney with Dunham & Jones. Chris was born and raised in Irving, Texas. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Political Science and a certificate in International Peace Studies. During his time at UNT, he interned with the Department of Education’s Hispanic-serving Institution grant program.
Chris then attended Texas A&M University School of Law on an academic scholarship. While in law school, he volunteered with the Catholic Charities immigration clinic assisting clients with naturalization forms. Mr. Wilkes also completed an externship with the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office.
After graduating law school, Mr. Wilkes was a corporate attorney for a large law firm. Chris volunteers for the Catholic Charities by providing refugees with English tutoring services. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and a Fellow for the Napa Legal Institute, a think-tank that assists non-profits with their legal needs.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys tennis, guitar, the outdoors, spending time with his family and traveling.
