Crowned Scholars was launched in April 2019 in Dallas, TX. We are a proactive non-profit organization whose essential focus is to build the holistic young black man through academic mentoring, intentional conversations, and civic engagement.
Our vision is to help our young men recognize and embrace their unexposed gifts, while also educating them on what it means to be a young black man in today’s society. Our essential focus is to build healthy habits that will equip our scholars to take on life’s challenges. We believe that every young man that is created, is already CROWNED.

All proceeds and donations from our Annual Gala will directly benefit our Summer STEAM Camp and Crowned Scholars programming, allowing us to obtain school supplies, snacks, academic resources, and funds for our local exposure field trips.
The Arlington Chapter Beautillion: Celebrating 26 Years of Black Excellence
The Arlington Chapter proudly presents the 2026 Beautillion Ball and Presentation of Young Men of Valor: Walking in Purpose, Rising in Power. This distinguished event will honor seven exceptional African American high school seniors as they make their formal debut into society. The evening will showcase elegance, inspiration, and achievement, providing an invaluable opportunity to honor and support these emerging leaders as they step confidently into manhood.
As the hallmark event of the Arlington Chapter, the Beautillion serves as a formal recognition and celebration of college-bound African American young men. These young men - our beaux corps, participate in an intensive and transformative program designed to cultivate character, leadership skills, and a commitment to service. Their developmental journey encompasses college and career planning, mentorship opportunities, formal etiquette instruction, community service initiatives, the Boys-to-Men Retreat, and comprehensive leadership training, equipping them for success in higher education and beyond.
We invite you to join us in supporting and celebrating this year’s distinguished beaux:
Beau Michael Bethune
Beau Caden Bowles
Beau Carson Dunn
Beau Camden Kennedy
Beau David Henderson
Beau Jaelyn Moss
Beau Tayejon Thomas
Your partnership helps us empower these young men as we host the 26th Beautillion Foundation Fundraiser. Ticket and ad sales will serve as the final step in this impactful journey. Please note that you will be able to select the designated Beau you are supporting after you have completed your ticket or advertisement purchase.
We look forward to welcoming you to our 26th Beautillion presentation on March 28, 2026, at the Live! by Loews Arlington Hotel. Proceeds will benefit the Jack and Jill of America Foundation and other 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations serving the Greater Arlington area.
Let us stand together to uplift our Young Men of Valor—celebrating their journey, affirming their purpose, and supporting the powerful futures they are stepping into!
