Morning walks are one of the simplest ways to boost your mood, lower stress and reconnect with your body. Stride Saturdays builds on that by creating a collective wellness experience: a mid-quarter community walk where we move together, check in with ourselves and practice healing in community. Research shows that walking in groups increases accountability, reduces feelings of isolation and strengthens emotional resilience — especially for Black women navigating high-stress environments.
As this series grows, we’ll weave in more wellness moments like stretching, light journaling and grounding practices. Please bring water, a journal and a yoga mat so you can fully settle into the experience.
