Research shows that walking in groups increases accountability, reduces feelings of isolation and strengthens emotional resilience — especially for Black women navigating high-stress environments. As this series grows, we’ll weave in more wellness moments like stretching, light journaling and grounding practices. Please bring water, a journal and a yoga mat so you can fully settle into the experience.
