The Russian Consulate General in Houston is the national state office of international relations, which within its consular district includes: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas exerts vested responsibilities on behalf of the Russian Federation.
