CRUDO (Spanish for “raw”), invites Houston’s Latino community to experience real organ dissections led by bilingual MDs and surgeons in a culturally immersive, hands-on environment unlike anything the city has seen before. Designed for adults in a family-friendly environment with Latino vibes, each session places participants in lab coats at dissection tables, scalpels in hand, guided by a bilingual MD. Walk away with facts and tips you can share with your loved ones to live a healthier lifestyle.
