BLACK GIRLS SHOP TOUR
🗓 Saturday, February 21st, 2026

from Granby Glow Juice Bar and More in Norfolk VA 📍Free Parking across the street
This isn’t just a bus ride. It’s a community movement on wheels. A full-day celebration of shopping at Black Businesses, heritage, and economic power. One Bus. One Mission. One Unforgettable Day.
This tour will also celebrate the legacy of women who built the foundation we stand on. We honor trailblazers like Madam C. J. Walker, who proved what Black entrepreneurship can look like at its best. We salute Rosa Parks, whose courage changed a nation. We lift the spirit of Shirley Chisholm, the first Black woman to run for president. We carry the fire of Coretta Scott King, Mary McLeod Bethune, Betty Shabazz, Hatti Mae Daniels, and so many more who fought, taught, served, and stood tall so we could rise even higher.
Their stories remind us why circulating our dollars, supporting our businesses, and uplifting our community matters now more than ever.
👯🏾♀️ Bring Your Squad:
Girlfriends, sorors, church family, college crew, coworkers — anybody who loves to shop, support, and show up for Black History Month with purpose.

Serving the Glen Allen, VA community and beyond, Women's Council of REALTORS Virginia is a network of successful women real estate professionals united by shared values of integrity, professionalism, and mutual support. Founded nationally in 1938 by thirty-seven ambitious women representing nine states, the Women's Council has grown into the industry's premier source for developing strong, committed business and community leaders. The organization recognizes that membership demonstrates a commitment to excellence and significantly influences a professional's standing within the real estate industry. Members come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, creating a rich environment where mentorship naturally flourishes and meaningful connections are built. The Virginia chapter emphasizes personal and professional growth, meeting members where they are in their skill development and helping them achieve their next level of success. What sets Women's Council apart is its focus on building relationships based on shared values—members send and receive referrals with confidence, knowing they're working with professionals who operate with the same commitment to outstanding service. The organization believes that leaders are made through participation, support, and collaboration. Whether attending network meetings, connecting with unfamiliar peers, or taking on leadership roles, members discover inspiration, guidance, and encouragement from fellow professionals dedicated to their growth. In Glen Allen, VA, and throughout Virginia, Women's Council of REALTORS creates a welcoming community where women in real estate can achieve their business goals while contributing to the advancement of women across the industry and broader community.
Since 1986, Commercial Real Estate Women Network Northern Virginia has served as a cornerstone organization for women professionals in the commercial real estate industry, with its administrative base in Lawrence, KS. This established network is built on core values of being supportive, committed, experienced, aspirational, professional, enthusiastic, and strategic. The organization fosters an inclusive community where professional women at all career stages support one another's development while creating meaningful, lasting connections rooted in trust and community service. With 130 active members, the organization advances women in commercial real estate through four foundational pillars: business networking and dealmaking, leadership development, career outreach and education, and industry research. The organization is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligning with the global CREW Network's mission to strengthen representation throughout the commercial real estate sector. Beyond professional advancement, the organization encourages members to be forces for activism and community involvement, recognizing that success extends beyond business transactions. By hosting educational programs for women and girls exploring commercial real estate careers, supporting college-level scholarships, and offering mentorships to industry newcomers, the organization actively works to expand opportunity and representation. As part of the world's leading producer of gender and diversity research in commercial real estate, the organization contributes to quarterly industry reports, annual research papers, and benchmark studies that drive positive industry change.
Since 2004, CREW Coastal Virginia has served as a transformative force for women in the commercial real estate industry throughout Hampton and the greater Southeastern Virginia region. This chapter of CREW Network brings together approximately 100 commercial real estate professionals committed to advancing women globally and creating meaningful change within the industry. The organization is built on four core mission pillars: facilitating business networking and dealmaking as the cornerstone of member success, developing effective leaders through high-level training and board opportunities, providing career outreach to bring more women into commercial real estate, and producing groundbreaking research on gender and diversity. CREW Coastal Virginia members are empowered through knowledge sharing and mutual support, learning from the insight and experience of peers drawn from every aspect of commercial real estate. The organization fosters a dynamic community where members push boundaries through provocative dialogue, participate in educational programs that affect their day-to-day work, and become forces for activism and community involvement. By growing and strengthening its network, CREW Coastal Virginia creates expanded opportunities for women in commercial real estate while contributing to the broader mission of CREW Network, a global organization of more than 14,000 professionals in 80 markets worldwide.
