Partnership-Afghanistan Canada (PAC) emerged from a powerful vision of Afghan and non-Afghan Canadians who gathered in Ottawa immediately following 9/11 to address the reconstruction of post-war Afghanistan. Now based in West Vancouver, BC, PAC continues this founding mission as a volunteer-driven humanitarian organization committed to fostering long-term peace, sustainable development, and cultural preservation in Afghanistan. The organization's values center on supporting Afghanistan's reconstruction while maintaining its rich cultural heritage, and simultaneously helping Afghan newcomers integrate successfully into Canadian society. PAC was originally established in Ottawa before relocating to Vancouver in 2009, reflecting its growth and expanding reach across Canada.
