Mr. Taylor is also a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and State Bar Board of Governors.
Tomasz Lichwala is a licensed attorney in the United States and a member of the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Lichwala is fluent in Polish. Tomasz combines his international background with knowledge of both civil-law and common-law systems into a global approach to practice of law.
Mr. Lichwala gained diverse legal experience working on numerous legal issues in various areas of law, such as business law, contracts, criminal law, cross-border litigation, immigration law and torts.
Matthew Lara was born in Chandler, Arizona and raised all over the state of Arizona. In 2002-2004, Matthew volunteered two years of his life to provide service for a non-profit in Romania. In that time, Matthew learned the Romanian language and culture and indulged in the wonderful Romanian food.
After returning from his service in Romania, Matthew attended and graduated from the distinguished WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, earning his bachelor's in Business Finance.
Matthew then pursued his dream of becoming an attorney by attending and graduating from the University of Arizona College of Law. His studies there were focused on international business law and tax. While attending law school, Matthew had the opportunity to return to Romania and intern for one of the most distinguished international law firms in the entire world, McGuire Woods. There, Matthew was exposed to international law and learned the legal aspects of doing business in Romania.
More recently Matthew Lara started The Lara Law Group, PLC in Arizona and hopes to focus his practice in international law and tax.

Featuring the Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus of North America (UBC) and the one-of-a-kind 60-stringed bandura.
The UBC, a 2025 recipient of the NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR THE ARTS National Heritage Fellowship Award recipient, comes to Arizona with its Все буде Україна -- Ukraine Lives! concert program. The ensemble, established in Kyiv, Ukraine in 1918, established itself in North America in 1949 after a turbulent and perilous history. Over the past century, the ensemble has performed in Carnegie Hall, Massey Hall, Lincoln Center, the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, touching and inspiring hundreds of thousands of listeners with its performances, educational programs, and extensive discography.
The ensemble continues to amplify Ukraine’s voice and to highlight the culture's history and identity.
This performance is more than just music: It is a celebration of Ukraine's cultural heritage and resilience.
The concert will start at 7:00 pm. Doors will open at 6:30 pm.
The ensemble's "22 and under" free admission policy is part of the UBC Bandura Education and Outreach program.
