Since its establishment in 1986 by Dorothy Huang, the Organization of Chinese American Women Silicon Valley Chapter has been a cornerstone of community advocacy and support in Saratoga, CA. As part of a larger national movement founded in 1977, OCAW-SVC embodies a deep commitment to advancing the needs and concerns of Chinese and Asian Pacific American women while celebrating their excellence, leadership, and contributions to society.
