Gallery 1075 is pleased to welcome you to our annual Black History Month Art Show. Join us at the West Sacramento Community Center Thursday, February 12 from 6 PM – 8PM for an evening overflowing with vibrant creative artistry, insight, and culture. This free in-person event is an amazing chance to experience and support the arts in our community. Converse with incredible local growing artists. Don't miss out on this exciting celebration of imagination and talent! Light refreshments will be provided.

Transportation and Parking
There is limited street parking along West Capitol Ave. Visitors may use the City Hall and Community Center parking lots. Please use the Crosswalks. The front entrance along West Capitol and Merkley is locked. Enter on the south side of the building next to the Community Center Parking lot.
For Community Center Parking: Turn onto Merkley Ave and use the parking lot entrance at the Arthur F. Turner Yolo County Library. Continue through the parking lot. The Community Center parking lot will be on the right.

Join Safe Black Space as we celebrate Kwanzaa and honor seven local Black individuals/families who represent the principles of Kwanzaa.
Every year Safe Black Space celebrates the principles of Kwanzaa which honor African Americans’ ancestral roots. During our Annual Kwanzaa Kutoa Event, we acknowledge Black culture, creativity, and community!
For our 6th Annual Event in 2026 we are celebrating BIG! Join us and experience a fun filled afternoon which includes: a Kwanzaa ceremony, a special gift presentation to the seven honorees selected for their embodiment of a Kwanzaa principle, professional African drumming and dancing, a delicious feast and more.
It's a family affair and in the spirit of unity and community EVERYONE IS WELCOME to this meaningful, cultural, community-wide celebration!!!
