Black Gov Tech is a professional network of the leading tech companies, consulting firms, and government agencies in the DC area advancing tech careers, entrepreneurship, and education. We wanted to go all out this year for Juneteenth for the 250th (technically lol) so we are doing a back to back event! Y'all remember all those dinner table conversations and memories you used to have with your friends and family before social media and cell phones? Well we are bringing that back with the Juneteenth Kickback at Busboys and Poet on June 19th, 6-9 PM, 14&V! What you can expect as we celebrate culture that night: Kickback style networking Open Mic Unpopular Opinion Contest for all things culture related! Food, drinks, and laughs Group games Live DJ Music Trivia UNO Tournament Surprise Gifts Live painter on site capturing the moment And just a bunch of fun. One last thing: Please feel free to bring a friend, but name tags will be provided at the door so please register individually for a better experience for all :) See you there!!

The DC Black MBA Chapter is hosting a Juneteenth Kickback + Summer Mixer. Think: easy, fun, no pressure, good vibes only.
