Arching Oaks Art and Culture Center is a multi-faceted arts organization committed to raising awareness and appreciation of Japanese artistic and cultural traditions and to helping combat anti-Asian discrimination in the U.S. Its annual programming includes an annual community cultural festival that is free and open to the public, an arts outreach program at a local elementary school, monthly Japanese fine-arts classes, weekly classes in Japanese archery and swordsmanship, Japanese tea ceremonies, yearly Zen meditation retreats and a variety of lectures and demonstrations. These programs serve thousands of individuals each year and are specifically designed to bring awareness to a culture that is historically underrepresented in the Southeast region of the country.
As a church, we aspire to bring the living water of Jesus to all Central Florida. As a group, we represent the demographic of Orlando: different ages, cultures, and socioeconomic levels. While we certainly are diverse, what’s extraordinary is that Jesus bonds us all together as one, dynamic church.
