Founded on the core principles of respect for family, spirituality, justice, and integrity, the organization empowers African American youth and communities through mentorship and economic opportunity. The mission centers on improving quality of life within communities while enhancing educational and economic opportunities for all African Americans. What distinguishes 100 Black Men of Augusta is its commitment to developing the intellectual capabilities of young people while simultaneously building economic self-sufficiency within the broader community. The organization operates as part of a global network of chapters, bringing together dedicated men who contribute real time and real commitment to youth development. Members serve as mentors and role models, creating environments where children are motivated to achieve and where families gain the tools for long-term success.
