Richard graduated from NKU, Salmon P. Chase College in his 40’s, as non-traditional law student, where he was a two-time regional finalist for the school’s Client Counseling team. Richard has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of KY, 6th Circuit and runs his own boutique firm in downtown Lexington where he also specializes in Entertainment Law, Business Law and Real Estate Law.
As a licensed real estate broker (LOM Properties, LLC.), Richard has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years and is a pinned CCIM. Richard’s supplemental experience as an award-winning television news reporter & anchor (NBC & ABC) also exposed him to the nuances of mass media marketing where these skills continue to benefit the Firm’s marketing and promotion endeavors.
As a Nicholasville resident, Richard is also very much involved in his community as a member the Lexington Rotary, Lexington Club and as a Kentucky Colonel. Just don’t ask him about his golf game—it’s a sore subject.
